Rosalie is a stunning little girl by Linde Scherer.  She will be 22" when reborn (depending on the cloth body you use).  She takes 22mm eyes and her unpainted kit consists of a head, 3/4 arms and 3/4 legs.  Her vinyl is a lovely soft flesh colour and is made in Germany.
